This process is called destructive distillation because these bituminous rocks, coal and wood are heated extensively, but in the absence of air.

material. This will cause your car steering to shake and sometimes you can also get into a road accident.

Not only can this black tar damage your tire but also you can get a heavy fine of messing with the construction area. Your tire with tar can also damage the cleaned road also, so if you did it mistakenly then be ready for a heavy fine. Tar on tires causing shaking

Let me tell you my experience when I was driving on the highway in Jacksonville. I had passed by some construction work after that when I sped up my car to 70 mile per hour my steering wheel was shaking and the car started to vibrate. At this moment it immediately slowed down my car and started to inspect the car myself as I myself am an automotive engineer.

At this moment I did not find anything that made me suspicious about that.

First, I think that the vibration came from my car engine due to speeding. In order to confirm my doubt to the car engine I speed up the car and then eventually make my car neutral by removing all the gear. Making my car to neutral did cause any impact on the steering shaking and the car vibrating.

After that I examined my car all again. Then I found that the vibration was coming from the front of my car rather than from the engine. Mostly vibration in the front of the car comes due the unbalancing of tires.

Instead of traveling more I drove my car to my workshop. I found that a large piece of road tar was sticking on the left tire of my car. Which was unbalancing my front tire and causing vibration. I immediately removed that.
